Color, trace and practice.

Inputs and units

Choose one or more letters from A–Z, or select the entire alphabet. Optionally enter your child’s name and choose A4 or US Letter paper. Each selected letter produces one portrait page.

What’s on each sheet

Every sheet pairs an uppercase and lowercase manuscript letter with numbered strokes and direction arrows, a matching outline picture, six dotted letters to trace, two blank writing rows and a drawing box. Selected letters are arranged in alphabetical order.

Worked example

Select A, B and C to make three pages: A for apple, B for bird and C for cat. On the A page, start at the numbered dots, follow the uppercase and lowercase strokes, trace three of each letter, then write and draw independently.

Assumptions and limitations

The paths show one suggested manuscript style, including single-storey lowercase a and g. Stroke order and letter shapes may differ from your child’s school handwriting program. Closed loops return to their starting dot; finish the loop there. A parent should model the movement and adjust the pace to the child. These are print worksheets, not an on-screen drawing canvas. Print at 100% in portrait and turn off browser headers and footers. Names and selections are not saved or sent to a server.
