Updated October 12, 2026. This policy describes the calculators, document creators and contact features in their current configuration.

Calculator inputs

Calculations run in your browser. The application does not send calculator inputs to a server or save them in a database. Inputs remain in the current page session and reset when the page is reloaded.

Invoices, quotations and logos

Business and customer details, line items, payment notes and uploaded logos are processed in your browser to create the document preview. Logo images are resized locally and embedded in the preview and printable document. These details and images are not uploaded to our server, stored in a database or sent through the contact form.

Document drafts are not saved and are cleared when you reload or leave the page. If you print or save a PDF, the resulting document may contain the details and logo you entered. You control where you save it and who receives it; your browser, device and any printer or cloud destination you select handle that output.

Wellbeing inputs

Dates and measurements entered in period, ovulation, pregnancy, BMI and calorie tools stay in the current browser page. We do not save these inputs or create health profiles. Avoid sharing sensitive personal or medical information through our contact channel.

Cookies and analytics

After you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics measures site visits and navigation, including page URLs, browser and device information and interactions. Google processes this data to provide usage reports. We do not send calculator inputs, document details or contact messages as analytics events. Rejecting optional cookies keeps analytics disabled, and you can withdraw consent through Cookie settings. Advertising tags are not enabled. It uses essential browser storage to remember your cookie preference for up to 180 days. You can change that choice using Cookie settings in the footer or clear it through your browser. Read the Cookie Policy for details. The hosting provider may process connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information to deliver the website and maintain security. Hosting practices depend on the provider used to deploy this site.

Contact enquiries

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, subject and message are sent to our server and forwarded through Resend to info@thetoolspocket.com. AniBih Solutions uses this information to review and respond to your enquiry. The application does not maintain a database of contact messages. Copies may remain in our email inbox and in email-provider records according to their retention practices. Hosting security systems may process connection information for abuse prevention.

If you email us directly, your email provider and ours process that message. Please avoid sending confidential tax, financial or medical records. You can email info@thetoolspocket.com to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, subject to applicable obligations. Advertising

Google AdSense is not currently enabled. If Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this site or other websites. Google advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to sites across the Internet. Users can manage personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or visit aboutads.info for participating vendors. This policy will be updated to identify enabled advertising vendors and applicable consent choices before advertising is activated.
